Comes empty. But has working lights. At 59 pound it was cheaper on Amazon than in other stores. I ended up spending in total about 150 pound buying a family and furniture to go inside the house. Although it was smaller than I thought and could have gotten away with a lot less furniture. I bought children's bedroom and double bedroom, think you only need one. Bought living room set and dining room set, again one would suffice. Please be aware you will need to purchase furniture/curtains ect and this can get pricey.
