**Q: Im keto and am sensitive to largw amounts of sweetners. Can you tell me how many net carbs are in each bar? And how many grams of sweetners.**
A: Hi, net carbs are 6.8g per bar and sweeteners are <0.1g. Thanks, the Misfits team

**Q: Received box of chocolate caramel bars today, nutrition not as advertised - 11g of carbs per bar, not 5.4g as on described. Anyone had the same issue?**
A: We are in the process of trialling a new recipe which has some nutritional improvements (reduced saturated fat, reduced sugar, reduced salt and slightly fewer calories) as well as a thicker caramel layer. While we trial this recipe we may have different batches in stock across different sales channels. The nutritional information displayed on pack is correct for the recipe and batch inside. There are far better protein bars than Misfits, although these use to be good, i feel the quality has gone completely down hill, the flavour is not really that strong and has that protein taste / aftertaste.I recommend grenade, optimum nutrition, USN crunch bars (brownie in particular :))!I hope this helps before you purchase :)
