The seller contacted me and was very gracious. They offered me some suggestions on how to better use the pigments. I will give it a shot. If it works, I'll happily eat my words and update my review.*2nd Edit* ok. After my initial review, the seller contacted me and suggested that I add a few drops of alcohol to the pigments prior to mixing them into the resin. IT WORKED!!! The photo is of an item made with the pigments after their suggestion. I'm quite pleased to update my original rating and review. Excellent customer service and a great product... once I knew how to use it.These are the worst pigments I've ever tried to work with. The color is weak, and the powder does not mix well, it leaves little clumps.
