Size 9M is about 1.5 inches longer than my foot (necessary to accommodate for the pointy toe). Despite that the seem to be a bit tight. A wide width would take care of that but they don't come in wide widths. I'll keep them and see if they improve with wear but not likely since they are not true animal leather. The newer pair is still in the box since the first pair are performing better than expected.
