Review: Did the job - After fitting the bottom of the up and over garage door doesn’t get any rain into the garage and has greatly reduced the wind blowing through. Comes with plenty of spare, enough for 2 to 3 other garages at 1.96m width
Review: Soft compliant polymer works well. - Worked very well as the threshold for a new roller shutter garage door. Cut it to size and shaped the ends with a Stanley knife, and glued in place with STYX Clear Waterproof Sealant. UPDATE After its first winter, this looks as good as when it was installed and is still working nicely. Garage is warmer, no draught or water ingress. Should say that like many people, we use our garage as a bicycle and lawnmower store so this isn’t getting the wear it might get in some applications.

**Q: Can you apply this to a garage floor that has epoxy on it?**
A: Yes you can apply this to a garage floor that has epoxy on it, as long as you glue is made for that

**Q: Do you need to use sealer?**
A: I did not use a sealer and it stays in place. I pull it to the side, and then manually put it back in place each time I close the garage door.

**Q: Since this strip is 1/2'", does the garage door have to be adjusted once installed ?**
A: You can by pass any adjustments by aligning the threshold seal strip just behind the garage door.  So, the 1/2” part is between the garage door and the garage.  I leave in Santa Fe, NM and we’ve had lots of weather (snow and rain), and so far no puddles in the garage.

**Q: Should I removed the bottom door seal from the door before installing the threshold seal?**
A: No I wouldn’t do that . By leaving it on creates a tighter seal at the bottom. We recently had a hurricane come here and 26 inches of rain and not a drop of water got in garage hope this helps
