Right next to the battery compartment and speaker, there is an opening that has the plastic tab. Try looking closer to see if it is still in there, and if it is, use tweezers or pliers to remove the tab like I did in the video. That will get the doll out of try-me mode and she will play the full song. **Q: Can it be put in water?** A: NO. It has a speaker, battery and electric parts so it can sing. **Q: How do I make her sing the full 30 seconds? I don't see a switch. Thank you!** A: There is a plastic tag on the back by the battery. Taking out that plastic piece allows her to play the full clip. :) I wondered the same thing! **Q: Anna is stuck in demo mode. How do you get her to sing for 30 seconds?** A: Remove the pull tab in the back of the doll with tweezers or pliers.
