The sheets never work. This has lots of connection point and they can be moved up and down the center strip.I adjusted so the fitted sheet is held pretty tight even when I have the head and feet at maximum adjustment. This is wonderful.They are a pain to adjust but I have used a permanent marker on the mattress to mark the location I want the sheet clips at, so hopefully it will be easier next time. It was easier this last time (after I put the marks on the mattress).The sheet is not absolutely wrinkle free after raising and lowering. My old drill instructor would not be able to bounce a quarter. That said, I have diabetes with poor circulation it I am no longer getting the sheet making dimples in my skin (like if you use a rubber band around your wrist for a long time and then remove). With diabetes those dimples are not a good thing and refill with blood over maybe 10-15 minutes.
