Gives me better rx mobile on a bicycle than a nagoya na-771 which would cut out a lot. I like the telescoping and the hinge as well. The hinge is sturdy and the overall quality of the antenna seems solid. My only gripe is that the hinge only goes 180 degrees. It would be nice if it folded flat against itself, but it works for what I needed to do.
