**Q: Will this accommodate a midland 75-822 cab radio?**
A: I'm not up to speed on the Midland, but I'm using mine for a Motorola XPR 7550e which is 5"L x2'W x 1.5"D with plenty of stretch left to accommodate slightly larger versions. It'd fit radios such as the Baofeng just fine

Great product, definitely designed to fit a military style radio, but a baofeng uv5r or a yaesu ft65 with extended batteries each fit nicely amd snugly in this pouch. You do have to pull out the radio to toggle between progammed chanels, but the radio is protected while in the pouch.Everything i expected.I would recommend this product.
