It has just the right amount of caffeine in 150 mg, which is great, because 200 mg or more can spike blood sugar. You can even get the stimulant free and buy separate 100 mg caffeine pills (Genius offers affordable 100 mg extended release caffeine pills) to control your caffeine intake. I personally try not to go over 400 mg of caffeine per day and that includes coffee and pre workout. Choc full of nuts half caffeine is awesome and so is Kaged Pre-sport which has 188 mg. The flavor is great. I enjoy it in a 16oz shaker with ice and water, shake it up and sip it throughout the first hour of my work shift or writing. Good formula, energy and focus for hours. Definitely recommend. It’s part of my monthly purchases.
