They had advised me to try putting it in the freezer. To my surprise, the bubble disappeared after I left it in the freezer! Disappointingly, the bubble did reappear, but I noticed that the bubble would eventually stop expanding after it reached a certain point, which would indicate that the case really wasn't leaking in the first place. They purposely underfill it to account for changes in temperature and pressure. The seller could probably have saved a lot or confusion if they had made it clear that this would happen! I appreciate the customer service (and the case), so I'm bumping up my review.________________________This is a beautiful case. I love how the rose pink looks with my orchid gray phone. Unlike many other floating glitter cases, this one is made of nice materials and fits the phone precisely and tightly. I also appreciate that this case doesn't have any cartoons or heart/star shaped glitter. I love this case, HOWEVER, after less than 1 day of using it with no drops, an air bubble has formed and it keeps expanding. If there is an expanding bubble, that means there is a leak. I hate to do it, but this case is going back. The glitter is so shiny and sparkly it is just beautiful and it's actually a lot of glitter not like some cases I have seen where there's hardly any glitter in it and it moves freely. It fits my Samsung S8 like a glove I definitely feel like my phone is going to be protected if I drop it. I have a liquid screen protector on my phone so I don't have to worry about the screen if you don't have one I would recommend getting a screen protector but I like that it doesn't cover my screen I like the endless screen for the Samsungs. If you are thinking about buying this phone I would definitely say do it you won't be sorry and they come super fast. I think it's worth the money and it's a good investment. You don't have to worry about the buttons not lining up everything lines up good you can still use your fingerprint and you don't have to take the case off to charge your phone everything works great. Can't stop playing with it and watching the glitter swirl. It gives great protection and I like that the sides are a grippy texture because without the case my phone was way too slippery.Also like many of the other reviewers, at first I thought that I couldn't charge my phone with this cover on BUT I got it to work! I just had to push the charger into the port with a little bit more force than I normally would because the opening in the case for the port is VERY snug when the cord is plugged in. This was with the original charger that came with my Samsung S8. The little adapter that comes with the phone to convert micro usb's to the usb-3 that the phone needs actually fits through the phone case opening even easier because the adapter fitting is just a teensy bit smaller.Lastly, I appreciate that the liquid inside is a non-toxic mineral oil so I don't have to worry about it being bad for me if it breaks.I run every day and I've dropped my phone on the worst sharp gravel in this case and it's been just fine.
