For me these work really well. Once I get into them after a bit of wriggling and giggling, they fit well. I have a short torso so the length comes up to my bra. I tuck the top of the short under my bra and it stays in place all day. They smooth out the muffin top and tummy giving me confidence to wear my summer dresses. I like the material and no seams. Not the prettiest to look at on my body but what shape wear is!! It serves a purpose and under clothes they do exactly as they are meant to. Great for the heat and stop the chub rub on the thighs too. I've tried many other brands in shapewear and always come back to Spanx. I agree with others when putting them on treat them carefully like a sheer pair of tights. For me they are a winner and I have several pairs. They give me more confidence particularly as I age.
