The only criticism I have is a lack of support cord, one puts the ear pieces into your ears and it then just dangles from your ears with nothing to support it. Normal head phones do have the head band which rests on top of the head supporting the head phones, however, once the Amplicomms ear pieces are in your ears it does stay in place providing you remain seated, the unit is very light. ### ⭐ Be wary of this product *by K***N on 22 March 2018* I first brought one of these amplicomms for a friend in 2015, it worked very well at first but eventually it got to the stage that it would fade out and the light would go out. after a time one could turn it on again but it would only last for a couple of minutes. This friend of mine then received another one from a friend in the USA in April 2017 and less than a year later it also doing exactly the same thing. It seems to me that there is a fundamental flaw in the design and the electronics of the device. Another draw back to this device is that it is not old people friendly. Personally I would not use this product again and would opt for a more robust article.
