He was really looking foreword to using the dart crossbow, unfortunately it never worked at all. The band that connects to the foam arrow does not stay connected and it's impossible to fire the arrow. After several attempts to correct the issue we could not make it work. I do not see where I can return this item for a refund. I would like to think you'd stand behind your product.
