So, if it didn't have a pic of a cute (but not neutral) stock baby front & center I'd give it more stars. Maybe create one with 4 culturally represented babies, a cartoon character or even a butterfly. We will have to cover it because we are a dark skinned tri racial mixed family. Interior is confusing, starts with princess then some cartoons then fairies show up. No places to write. Its a photo memory book. I was looking for this but more pages to write our Rainbow baby story. It has pages small area for baby in your belly, story of my mom/my queen, my dad/my king, then a family tree, bath time, then skips to 1st month. I noticed it is REALLY for the first year so not like the others that discuss Dr.Visits, Baby Shower what items costs when baby is born, who came to visit, etc. etc. It's titled OUR little princess with this stock baby so it forces us to laugh and have a conversation with our indian, asian friends, black and white mixed kids & everyone I handed the book to, the entire family, the first thing they keep saying is...who's baby is that??? Omg the laughter was hysterical because we are the EXACT opposite blended family asking why did you buy the book with the white baby mum? We all just laugh and say because she was the only option my love just learn to not see color. Don't take it too serious, I know i'm not the only mom who will have to have "the conversation" with our tri racial family but overall its still a great book...not for writing paragraphs focus on pics. We might just modify the cover if you are a mixed or brown skin family and buy the stepping stones like we did with our first daughter for the pregnancy journaling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is an excellent, well made, colorful, book.
