The first 2 cakes were really light although cooked for the appropriate amount of time in an electric oven. I noticed after using the cake mold in a gas oven, it has a little brown crust across the top and sides once cooked but that’s fine. I was expecting that (brown) from the first bake. It’s non stick so removal is easy because the mold slides right off. Good quality, price, and it’s easy to clean.

The pound cake came out beautiful and tasted so good! Mold is small but deep. I noticed a difference after first couple of uses.
