Review: Great french fry cutter for sweet potatoes - I was looking for a heavy duty restaurant quality french fry cutter that had the power to cut sweet potatoes. This french fry cutter has no problem cutting sweet potatoes. It can easily cut even large sweet potatoes but if the sweet potato is large I cut it in half just to make sure I don't over tax the cutter. I also like the cover that has a safety switch so it cannot be operated unless the cover is closed. I have a large kitchen with a lot of counter space so it's not a problem for me but the machine is slightly large and slightly heavy so I prefer to leave it on the counter without moving it around. With three different coffee machines, orange juicer, meat slicer, deep fryer and this french fry cutter I'm starting to run out of room.
