Caig DeoxIT Gold Contact Cleaning Fluid - 2ml Tube

Bought for the reassurance that cables (some costing several hundred pounds) will operate at their absolute peak performance. For the cost of only a few £, I’m satisfied that this modest outlay achieves just that. The small 2ml sized tube was more than enough to treat all of my terminals with plenty left over for future applications. It is a bit difficult to say really because its true efficiency is long term, however I used it on fuses on a but that where getting hot ( we found the problem this was just to test) with the problem still on the bus it lowered the temp by 4 degrees, so it must enhance the connection, yet I uased it in my iPhone and my phone would not switch on so it must have some conductive qualities because when I washed the phone out with contact cleaner it worked again ..... does it work ? probably would I but it again ERM NO! , but clean the connections and use chemwax, you get 150 x more and it IS waterproof, I have used it many times, DO NOT USE THIS ON ELECTRONICS IT TRACKS

Some might consider this product 'snake oil", however it produced a subtle improvement to the bass from my audio system, after I'd used it on all of the terminals. Very nice tweak for under a £10.

Use this on all my Hi-Fi connections.

A great product for cleaning electric connections and buttons will be getting more when it runs out.

I cannot really measure with the conductivity improvement or its efficiency in protecting metal contacts. I did use it to clean contacts in a device. You could easily see what it removed.
