I recently read an article about new research linking people who live to be 100+ years all seem to have high levels of certain bifidobacterium strains found in their gut micro biome. There aren’t many probiotic’s out that contain any of the bifidobacterium strains listed in the article. This was one of the few probiotics I found to have some of the strains and wasn’t super expensive. There are a few others out there that contain more strains but they were all $50+ dollars or more. Since starting it, I do feel better overall. It also prevented me from catching the terrible cold both my husband & son came down with recently.
