**Q: I also wish to put poe camera connectors in this box for one camera. how do you make the holes for the cables? drill?**
A: The gromits are rubber, push out, cut to size and then push back in

**Q: will this fit the ethernet cable end in thats attached to an ip camera**
A: I'm going to get one of these for my camera leads .just cut a split in the grommet for the ethernet cable socket  and slide the cable down to the center.yes it will be split but it's better than having  a massive  hole in the grommet for a small wire,then put the split to the bottom,if water gets  in it'll  drain out. See how it goes.

**Q: Can the Camera's be installed outdoors**
A: These are just junction boxes for running the shotgun cable, if your cameras are IP rated then they can be installed outdoors.

Many things like this are used in ways that they were not entirely intended for - I managed to cram five plug/sockets and an adaptor (2x cctv camera power(M to F), 1x BNC (M to F), 1x BNC/Phono (M to adaptor to F) 1x phono to phone (M to F)), along with the wiring/splitting blocks and it fitted fine. I particularly like the grommets - they cut to reveal a hole of the size you require, just by selecting the appropriate step (it is obvious when you look at it, but nice to see it in use).
