Despite trying several types of small training treats, they consistently became stuck inside. The internal design appears to rely solely on a gravity ramp, and while the doors open, this does not facilitate the release of the treats effectively. When treats do become lodged, the only solution is to press down the paddle and shake the toy, as the refill opening is too narrow to reach inside. This makes the toy frustrating to use, especially for those my dog I had high hopes for this as a more challenging option for my dog, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.
