I did not really didn't notice any difference from using these tablets, maybe it was just my metabolism, might work for others.

Poor slimming tablets for tho use seeking to loose weight. Never worked for me at all, the whole time I took them I could never tell a difference. I recommend t5's

I think if you use in conjuction with healthy eating they will work, but then healthy eating will work anyway. Not much point buying them really. Bit pointless

They appear to be working well at the moment definitely give me more energy and I seem to sleep better at night too :O)

Didn't work.. No change in appetite at all

I have tried others but prefer these as I do see results. Must drink plenty of water tho.
