If not I'm cancelling my order.** A: No, they are not. They are 85g pouches (with a sticker on side of box explaining they've given extra pouches to make up for the shortfall). Honestly, I didn't see that sticker at first - it wasn't at all prominent, but you do get the full 'grammage' with the extra pouches they provide. My main issue with this catfood was it was utterly rubbish and my cats wouldn't eat it - despite 7 years of happily eating whiskas cat food. Some years ago they promoted a variety called Delight and we tried it - but my cats wouldn't eat it - this stuff looks exactly the same - so I really believe that's what it is. Whatsmore, Polly, the more fussy cat, tried it in desperation ( I was doing the 'well that's what you've got - I'm not putting anything else out! - it doesn't work with cats does it - but you have to try) she actually vomited it up into her feed bowl! I think the cuts of meat are too stringy as well as being rubbish! Not all cats are the same so perhaps yours will have no problem but so disgusted was I with this product that I am actually doing everything I can to avoid Whiskas/Mars products now. They have had it most of their mundane lives . And they have never voiced their dislike of the food and so on that I can highly recommend it. Value for money wise , this is where I do have a lot to say. And that is that it is the best value for money I get when buying cat food. If I was to buy the same brand and amount at my local Tesco it is far more expensive . The packaging is good but on occasion I have had a few sachets that seemed to have either burst or gone off and popped due to the production of gasses when decaying . This unfortunately has in turn made an already unpleasant smelling substance (cat food) even worse . But once the offending sachet is removed it is fine. Also when storing I strongly advise you to look this stuff away in a high security vault or failing that a cubboard will do. I have learnt that leaving the sachets in The box on the counter is too much of a temptation for my feline family members and they have been known to remove sachets form the open box and try to open them . Unfortunately for them they don’t possess thumbs and this makes it difficult for them to achieve this . So they only leave tooth holes in the sachets instead.
