Medifast Caramel Nut Maintenance Bars (1 Box/7 Servings)

These bars are delicious. They are flavorful and not too sweet. They do the job of satisfying my hunger while providing much needed protein. They’re always easy to pack and eat on the run, too.

Love these bars, just hate that they cost way more than if you just order from the site.

The Caramel Nut bar is very good. I am in week 8 of Medifast diet and down 20 pounds this is the only diet that has worked for me since hitting menopause. I was wanting a special treat so my doctor said 1 maintenance bar a week in place of one of the regular ones it did the trick.
