I am no yoga expert and cant do all of the poses perfectly but i do what I can and I can feel the benefit. I love the yoga nidra, it is totally helping calm my anxiety and all the breathing exercises recently got me through my first tattoo :-). the yoga practice is not too difficult but enough that you feel like you have worked reasonably hard for half an hour.
