Der Stiel hat so viel Gewicht, dass die Pfanne dazu neigt, an dieser Seite mehr Druck auf der Platte zu haben. Ist die Pfanne vorab aber erst einmal gut aufgeheizt, liegt sie vollkommen eben auf und nichts haftet an. Selbst Spiegeleier mit wenig Öl gelingen. Immer vorab schauen, ob Wassertropfen tanzen, dann ist die Pfanne heiß genug, Temperatur herunterregeln, besonders bei Ei, etwas Öl verteilen und Eier in die Pfanne gleiten lassen. Ich finde den Preis etwas überhöht, jedoch ziehe ich Edelstahl jeder beschichteten Pfanne vor.
