The length was perfect for my patio door and the bottom has magnetic strips helped hold down the mesh. Mine didn't come with any installation instruction, and I strongly suggest ship picture instruction/guide along with the mesh because i read the instruction while i was searching, otherwise, people have no clue how to install it.The old one i had are in 2 pieces and I don't even know how to put it up but ask my guy friend do it for me. Luckily I'm quite good with a needle and thread but this would be a problem for anyone who isn't.
