Even for the price this is cheap quality.
The hook is terrible and narrow. The chain naturally spirals which has always been a tell of being a poor quality. The rings that attach the hook and watch adapter are thing and really easy to bend. Also they aren’t soldered so you can lose your watch easily if pulled hard enough. Lastly the adapter is longer than the 38mm Watch is. Yes I ordered the 38mm chain and it over hangs, also unlike any band it doesn’t lock firmly in place allowing it to slide either way a little making the talon shaped end sick out more. I highly recommend anyone look for a different product than this.

A complete waste of money
It fits but the issue is that it locks and loses some of the functions and benefits from having it on my wrist! No I wouldn’t buy it again and No I do use it at all! A complete waste of money !

It does not fit the 38mm iWatch. there is overhand on both ends where it connects to the iWatch.
