NoCarb Fibre Flour is a 250g gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free flour blend designed for health-conscious individuals. Ideal for paleo diets, this versatile flour contains no additives, making it a perfect choice for guilt-free baking and cooking.

## Description

0% digestable carbohydrate, gluten Nothing but fibre! A really unique carb free, gluten free flour for baking. Make cakes that have consistency like averages’. Fits in any type of diet. Ingredients: cellulose, psyllium husk, konjac powder, agar-agar, pectin, carob bean gum Country of Origin: Europe Fibremix sponge cake recipe 85g NoCarb fibre mix, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of oil, 150ml water, 8 tablespoon of sweetener, dash of salt, baking soda, vanilla Method: Separate egg whites from yolks. Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla, 4 tablespoons of oil and half of the sweetener until you reach a runny foam texture. Add the water and stir again. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sweetener and the salt until they become stiff. Mix the baking powder in the fibre flour, and add them to the egg yolks mix. Stir again. Pour half of the mix in the egg whites and stir using circular moves, from the bottom to the top, with a silicone spatula. Add the remaining mix and stir using the same technique. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (356ºF) for 35-40 minutes or until the cake has turned golden.
