Our order was originally sent to the wrong state. Once Amazon customer service got involved and seller was contacted we received our minion. Fits great, looks great and was easy to assemble.  My son is about 4' 11 and I'm 5'7" and its fits both of us great. It is quite large in diameter( about 4') so if you have small spaces to fit in to or have to be able to sit this will not work.It is well constructed. Has two pieces of lengthy material you can tie on the persons shoulders.The only thing I am concerned with is how long the batteries will last while trick or treating.  The adapter from the fan to the battery pack is a USB plug so I think a portable solar powered battery pack may make it last longer.
