Riccho Men’s Genuine Leather Ratchet Belt - With Automatic Buckle - Packaged in an Elegant Gift Box

I got this ratchet belt to replace my old style hole buckle belt that was tore up. I got it at $16.99. I have similar black belt as for formal wear I got at Wal Mart for $25.00 so that's why I think this belt is a good price. This one I use for casual wear.Material:The buckle is very high quality. I choose a brushed metal look. The band itself, smells and looks like leather but I can't be 100% sure it's 100% leather. When I cut the belt, there's a black filling material inside the belt. My guess is that it's some kind of mix. The stitching is very nice. My old belt wasn't stitched in on the edges and it started to split into 2 pieces. Because of the stitching, I don't think that will happen with this belt.Functionality:Once you cut the length and clip on the belt buckle, you simply wear it like a regular belt. To loosen it, just push the little tab. Very simple operation!You do have to size it yourself however. But that wasn't an issue for me. I like this ratchet belt compared to the old style belt because it fits perfectly. With a hole buckle belt, you have to go up or down a hole, which may not fit your waist exactly. I'm a 31 inch waist and it's hard to find a 31 inch belt. Check out my pics and I'll answer any questions.Update 9/22/18:The belt has started to develop cracks in 4 months of daily wear. Also the edges have started to come lose. The buckle finish is fading too. Quality doesn't seem to be top notch. Lowering to 4 stars.

I love these ratchet belts. The tightness is adjustable to the closest 0.5" so it is just right. You don't have to tighten the belt 2" to get out of it like a standard belt. Also, standard belts quickly get a wore out look around the buckle the most noticeable part. These look brand new for a long time because the ratchet does not deform the belt. I often switch between different holes in a standard belt so they look horrible.

I've only had the belt a couple of weeks, but I really like it. I don't know how it will hold up over time, but I can say I have a hard time using older, non ratcheting belts now! Definitely worth the money, and I ordered two more. It'd be nice if the different styles were all as cheap as the one I bought (they seem to vary from $12.99-$26.99 depending on the style and size), but really, there's little to complain about for anything in that price range. Does indeed seem to be genuine leather; at the very least, it's not any kind of obvious bonded junk.

Really a nice belt!! Had to return the first one because the release lever was faulty, but ordered a replacement at the same time I returned the defective one. Was confident that the defect was unusual because I had ordered a brown Riccho along with the black and it worked fine. Have used the belts for about a month and really like them. The choice of buckles is exceptional. Saw a commercial on TV for Click-It ratcheting belts and ordered 2 from them. After checking reviews on line, I returned them under their no hassle warranty program. Reviews for the Riccho were much more positive and I agree.

I am impressed with both the style and quality. It appears to be very well made. I was happy to run across this as I couldn't find anything locally that would fit me. I'm guessing that it is not solid leather as there appears to be a synthetic material in the center. I could be wrong so this is for what it's worth. The ratchet buckle was new to me and I couldn't release the ratchet until I took the tension off the buckle by squeezing the belt together. It then easily releases. I'm pleased with my new purchases and look forward to wearing them.

I just got this belt, but I like it already. The mechanism is neat and it was easy to cut the belt to size with a pocket knife and attach the buckle. The buckle slides over the belt catching in small increments so you can easily tighten it to the right fit. A little lever can then be pulled down to release.The little lever feels like the kind of thing that might break after being pulled 1000 times, but I won't assume. For $20, this belt is awesome!I will return to modify my review if I feel differently down the road.

This belt works wonders. You can easily adjust and readjust it numerous times during the day -- tighter when you stand up and looser when you sit down. The unique belt buckle works its magic.I highly recommend it.TIP: My buckle stuck a little until I broke it in. I suggest you wait to put it on your pants & test it out first. Get comfortable opening the latch and adjusting it several times, before putting it to work.

I purchased this belt 4 months ago. This weekend I was working out of town and the buckle fell off.The pin that holds the buckle parts together must have fell out and now...

Best belts, they allow for way more flexibility in size. My fiancé has them in every color.

I love this belt, have been using it on a daily basis and it is strong and holds firmly. Plus the design is really nice.

Buckle was extremely heavy and this made the product very hard to except, although the function of no belt holes is an excellent idea.

I love these belts. It takes a little bit to break in the buckle but one you do they work flawlessly. This is the best belt I have ever owned.

This is a very nice looking belt but it does have some cons. First it is a bit heavy and difficult to hang in your closet but what bothers me the most is just how difficult it is...

Excellent quality and I love the way it holds. The only semi-negative is when the belt is new it's a little difficult to disengage. I rellay like it.
