I ordered a different one that had a bolt holding the flap in between a bracket. Even with a bushing, this design still made the flap stick from being clamped between the bracket. If I loosened it up, everything would rattle louder than my tractor exhaust itself. I couldn’t get it right even after adding washers, bending the brackets around, and trying to add a lubricant to the inside of the bushing. Not worth the effort so I threw that one out and ordered this one instead.
