(aka will liquid roll to the edges of the pan?)** A: The center of this pan is flat and the liquid will stay in place. **Q: Will the lid for this pan fit the matching 12 inch fry pan?** A: No, the lid does not fit. It will sit inside the fry pan and not seal around the edge. If we need the fry pan covered we use a universal lid. I would also advise not using high heat with this pan, as per the instructions. However both these pans remain our go-to items in preference to a couple of other brands.
