But as mentioned in another review, the center hook (the one that latches to the rack) doesn't line up with the two outer hooks. The outer hooks are very large (28mm, I believe), but the latching hook measures only 16mm. Even if the hooks lined up, the largest rack this will attach to is a 16mm rack. I have requested a "fix" from Vincita, in Thailand. We'll see how that pans out. In the meantime, I can make it work (with velcro and bungees) but I would prefer a latching hook that fits.First update - A day after I emailed Vincita, I received a response from "Gem", the Marketing Manager, requesting my full shipping address. Two days after that, I got another email, and a tracking number, indicating that SOMETHING has been shipped. (I said I needed either a bigger center hook, or smaller outer hooks. Not sure what I'm getting but it matters not.). Great response time. Now waiting to see what gets here, and we'll update this when it happens.Second update - I received a package from Thailand today. They sent a pair of the outer hooks that match up with the articulated center hook. Basically, instead of the wider 28mm hooks, I now have narrower hooks (that will fit any bike I've ever rented anyway so hopefully not an issue). It appears that maybe Vincita has changed their product a bit but may still have some parts from the earlier iteration of this handy item.I'm satisfied and bumping up to 5 stars; a combination of the product and the excellent customer service.Third update - so, of course, I bought another set. I need a bag for the other side of the bike, to balance things out. Second set came exactly like the first. The center hook does not line up any where near the two outer hooks. Fortunately, I have enough parts, and the right tools, to tweak things to make them fit but unless you are willing to modify brand new stuff, I can't really wholeheartedly recommend these until they realize that the "low" middle hook won't work with the "high" outer hooks.TM ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for wheelchair users *by A***B on July 6, 2023* I got this to convert an old messenger bag to hook onto the back of my wheelchair to hold my spare battery, power pack, etc. It was easy enough to modify the bag and attach everything together. Definitely a good solution and a great value, especially compared to pricing that gets jacked through the roof on bags or any product that's actually designed for disability accommodation. ### ⭐ 20mm model - Clips on top bar do not align *by W***S on February 5, 2023* I think this is a great product idea since it gives you the means to securely attach a wide variety of bags to your rack. That said, the two outside clips on the 20mm model are totally out of line with the spring loaded securing clip in the middle, with no way to align them. First image is the 20mm model, second image is the 16mm model. You can see that the 20mm is out of alignment and the 16mm model is as it should be.I bought the 16mm model first and was satisfied with the looks of the product but it was a tiny bit too small to fit on my racks.
