**Q: can these strings be use on electric acustic guitar.**
A: No, they are not designed for electro-acoustic guitars. Gauge is too light. You need bronze wound acoustic steel strings. D’Addario do these in various gauges suitable for your instrument. Hope this helps.

**Q: Would you recommend these for a Floyd Rose tremolo system? I restrung it with super slinkies, and, unlike on my strat, they haven't worked that well.**
A: Hi Ruth. I've used 9's on my Highway One Strat and found they stayed in tune quite well until they had been on for about 2 months (gigged twice a week) and then the G started snagging. Overall, slightly better than Ernie Ball 9's for me and probably worth the money. Hope that helps :)
