**Q: Does it have a scent**
A: It has more than a scent, it has a horrible SMELL and it's awful. Like paint or chemicals. I returned mine. I couldn't use it. That said, I still love ELF overall. I switched to the dewy coconut setting mist and am very happy with it. Also love their moisturizers.
