Despite this prevalence, it can be debilitating, embarrassing, unpleasant and seldom discussed, and very few sufferers seek any sort of treatment or help. However, this common condition can be easily treated. Physiotherapists and doctors recommend pelvic floor exercises to help improve levels of continence, but often these are not enough on their own, and it is very difficult to know exactly which muscles need to be exercised. In some cases the muscles may be so weak that they are unable to perform simple movements in the first place. Some women are unable to voluntarily exercise the pelvic floor muscle themselves and require assistance. This is when the Elise is required, playing a vital role in locating and exercising the muscle for you. The Elise is the ideal way to build up strength in the pelvic floor, and results can be seen in as little as a few weeks. The Pelvic Floor muscle is like any other human muscle, it requires exercise and attention to remain active and strong. The Elise works by stimulating that muscle, inducing the muscle to contract and be exercised. The Elise unit contains 4 clinically proven programs that are effective against urge, stress and mixed incontinence by treating the overactive nerves in this area. **Q: My bladder weakness is due to a prolapse - would this ‘Tenscare’  be of use/help for me ?**
A: I have no medical knowledge of a prolapse. You should perhaps contact your doctor. The device strengthens the pelvic floor

**Q: Does this help oab symptoms without leakage.**
A: Sorry, I don't understand the question. It didn't help me, so I returned it and got a refund.

**Q: I noticed on some similar products that if you have coil it is recommended not to use it I cant see reference to it in the description?**
A: There is nothing to say this product can't be used if you have a cool- I have one and use it without any problem. It is effective if used regularly!

**Q: Can you use the kegal8 probe on this machine?**
A: That’s an interesting thought. I like the kegal 8 probe but it’s such a rip off and the thing keeps breaking 🙄

I rang Tenscare customer support and a lovely lady called Linda, was really professional and helpful. She arranged next day delivery for the missing lead and new model probe.
