Following my review JIALONG got in touch and offered me either a refund or a new mat once they had made amendments. I decided to go for the new mat and am very pleased that I did. It looks much clearer and I am yet to find a spelling mistake. It is also slightly larger than the previous mat and looks smart (I have received a lot of comments about it at work). Many thanks to JIALONG for their efforts at resolving the issues, I can now say I am very happy with this product and would recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good feel to the mat *by A***R on 23 October 2018* the mat itself has a nice feel to it, easy to write on a single page on it and it doesn't slide all over a rather smooth surfaced desk. So that's all good!why not 5 stars? the stitching around the edges has some small gaps, nothing huge, and nothing that would distract you but they are there and once you notice you can't un-notice... that's the first "issue".The second issue I have is the spelling of some country names is wrong... it's not like I'm using the map to navigate around the world but every time I look at it I find another country misspelt on it...
