Review: Just as tasty as I remember! - I have an obsession with sugared almonds and have been looking to buy some for ages for my sweet jar in my bedroom! These taste amazing and the colours are really subtle, not too bright, nice pastel purple, yellow, pink and whites all different sizes. I usually buy sugared almonds from the old fashioned sweet shops for double the price for a tiny bag so the price for 500g you cant go wrong! For me personally there wasn't enough of them so next time I will be buying a larger amount and if you are buying these as a gift these are only packaged in a plastic bag so you will need to buy some nice packaging but I do recommended these are they taste amazing! Nearly finished the lot in a day!

**Q: Are these in a thick shell and are they scented please**
A: The shell is fairly thick - a minute or two sucking before it starts to break up. No scent.

**Q: WHY showing £4.95 for 500gms but actually charging £9.99 - defrauding customers!!!!!**

**Q: how many almonds are roughly in the 500g pack**
A: Math says that the average almond is 1.2 grams; the 500g pack should be about 400 almonds.  I think that's considerably more than is in these packs, but it's a large number and absolutely delicious.  As for the dog, that's just plain funny!

**Q: does this contain carmine e120 colour?**
A: Hiya, The ingredients say it does contain Carmine it doesn't mention E120 but I'm assuming it's all the same thing

I have an obsession with sugared almonds and have been looking to buy some for ages for my sweet jar in my bedroom! Although they were of good quality the price I was charged was £8-99 That was too expensive I purchased these from Amazon as My Husband loves them & I was unable to get them anywhere else
