I cant say enough good things about the quality of these. They are THE MOST non-stick pans i have ever used,. Usually when the pan is non-stick is also means non-cook. But these transfer heat just fine and it is very easy to properly brown meats. They are a little heavy, but they are solid and are wonderful at even heating and heat transfer, especially if you have a gas stove. Plus that heft helps the maintain heat so you get much more even cooking. Cleaning - run some water over it and wipe with a sponge. That is it. If you want to pay 5 or 10 times what these cost for "Professional" name brands then go for it, but these are just as good, if not better for the money.
