A: Thank you for your question.  There are only three ingredients in our Mini Chips; Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter.  Xanthan gum is not used.

**Q: How many grams of sugar per serving? And what is the serving size?**
A: Total Sugars 7g, Includes 7g Added Sugars = 14%        Serving size 1 Tsbp  (15g)     80 calories per serving
