They are all extremely low in calories, so they help achieve a healthy lifestyle, and you can pour a lot of it on your food. Yes, they contain a lot of artificial ingredients. But so does Tomato Ketchup No Added Salt and Sugar, by a popular brand. It's the same category of food. The supplier, Free From Direct, is very organized and they usually send items that have over 6 months expiry date on them. The Smokey BBQ flavor usually has a 12-month expiry date. That's convenient. My favorite flavors are: 1 - Smokey BBQ, 2 - Burger Relish, 3 - Red Thai Style Curry. Beware that some items are liquid syrups, not thick sauces.
