**Q: Is this product ok to use with light colored hardwood floors? D0 you have to add oil after?Thanks**
A: We use the spot remover on oiled English oak floors (dark).   We have not found the need to use oil or stain after use.  Have no experience with light colored floors.

**Q: What stain did it remove and how long was the stain on the floor before using the product?s**
A: Sorry, but I have not used the stain remover yet, just got it in case.  We have Kahr Floors from Sweden and I asked them what was the BEST remover and they said this product, so I believe them and purchased. They are a great company.  Good Luck, I really don't think they would have recommended it, unless it was good.

**Q: Does this product remove black stains in oak?**
A: The black spots you are referring to are most likely tannin spots, which are a chemical reaction to which ever substance that made contact with the wood and the tannins naturally found in oak. The product you would need is WOCA Tannin Spot Neutralizer.

**Q: The instructions are not in english, how do i remove the stains?  do i leave the product on it for a while?  do i have to scrub?**
A: *BEFORE USING SPOT REMOVER IT IS ADVISABLE TO MAKE A SMALL TEST AT A NON VISIBLE PLACE OF THE FLOOR TO ENSURE THAT THERE WILL BE NO UNDESIRED REACTION. 

1. SPRAY SPOT REMOVER EVENLY ON THE STAIN DIRECTLY FROM THE CANISTER

2. LEAVE THE SPOT REMOVER TO DISSOLVE THE STAIN FOR 10-20 MIN.  NOW SCRUB WITH A SOFT BRISTLE BRUSH UNTIL THE STAIN HAS BEEN DISSOLVED.

3. REPEAT IF NECESSARY.

4.WIPE THE SPOT WITH A CLOTH WRUNG OUT IN LUKE-WARM WATER.

5. WHEN THE FLOOR IS COMPLETELY DRY APPLY THE ORIGINAL SURFACE FINISH TO RE-ESTABLISH THE PROTECTION OF THE SURFACE.
