This is a very comfortable mattress and has definitely improved my quality of sleep and my back issues. It is also fiberglass free which is a plus and great for those with adjustable frames. The only complaint that I have as seen in other reviews is the height. Even after following instructions given to you in the box, the bed did not rise to it's full 10 inches. It barely reached 9 inches and I had let it sit for 72 hours in a warm room before using.
