UPDATE : I have only been drinking this for 2 days and have not changed my eating habits and i have lost 2.5kg !! Will definitely be purchasing more .Only received yesterday so only had a couple so far there is mot a great deal of taste but I like them! We shall see if they do anything.

Feeling very positive
I gave this ago as it intrigued me,within 3 days the bloating feeling had gone, by the end of the month my trousers were loose, taste isn't great but I add a slice of orange, I find it refreshing.im very happy with results so far.

Does not work
I’ve taken this since it arrived. It is rubbish. I’ve had no change to my sleep in fact if anything I’m having weird dreams (could be nothing to do with the tea). It hasn’t aided weight loss.I don’t recommend it and won’t buy it again
