Review: Tasty & sugar free - Got them for work, I'm a courier and a diabetic and have an enlarged prostrate. So the best of all three worlds... cup of coffee, sweetened & doesn't raise my blood sugar. More opinion: This is my 7th 14oz order of this, one thing I have noticed is about every 8th or 10th piece is extremely bitter (think it's the coffee extract), these pieces really wake you up.
