With a picture that shows which muscles are supposed to be targeted, it is easy to tell if you are doing it right because if you are, you will feel it in those muscles, and if you aren't, you won't. Also, I love that it has so many options and is so personalizable. I am recovering from a wrist injury, which makes exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers impossible. Yet, I've been wanting to rebuild muscle for a long time. This set allows me to do that without aggravating my injury. This is the first time in years that I don't have to get external motivation to exercise, and the first exercise ever that I am willingly and eagerly coming back to. I have had it for a couple of weeks, and I feel significant improvement in my muscle tone and strength, and my overall health.

I feel like this is just as good as the pricier models out there! It screws not snaps together has the different resistance bands. I am glad I didn’t pay twice as much. And this also has a way to use with the door for other exercises.
