Why?The main difference is that it is flexible and this allows the body to comfortably adjust itself into a healthier posture. Just don’t inflate it tightly all the way. Allow for it to be a bit flexible/soft/loose to sit on.This flexibility also helps with maintaining a better circulation of your body’s blood. How so? It is not a stiff or immovable surface. It allows for you to slightly move and stretch your body, and this keeps the blood flowing. This movement will help keep the butt and legs from going numb. As well, this movement is great with subtly strengthening muscles. At the feet, I can recommend placing down a small strip of sheep skin, or a thicker foam pad, or a softer layer of fabric. This will help keep the tucked and crossed feet from becoming numb.It is also cooler on the body to sit on in warm or hot climates. How so?
