I used them on the upholstery, the carpet, the floor liners and even on the headliner. I purchased the white set of brushes, soft enough not to damage, yet tough enough to really deep clean. I live in New England and these made my usual winter clean up so much easier. I did a lot of research on the web before making this purchase. The price for what you get is most reasonable that I found. The other factor is the choice of different brushes for different uses. Not a one size fits all for everything from use fabrics to steel rims. Four different sizes of brushes were included, making it easy to get into tight spaces and to do large areas as well. Super easy to change the brushes. I am 66, have arthritis and am very picky when cleaning cars and trucks. I highly recommend these Made in America brush sets!!!!

**Q: Has anyone used these brushes on ceramic tile flooring? Our kitchen tile has indentations that collect dirt & it's hard to clean them manually. Thanks**
A: I have the same type. (Ceramic tile with indentions that seem to have no purpose but to collect dirt.)I bought this kit hoping it would ease the cleaning. It did a great job and saved my arms and knees. Don't move too quickly. If you move it slowly, you'll get better results.I then used it on my raw concrete patio floor. Spray soapy water, used the brush, rinsed with water. It worked great.Let my neighbor use it on stucco. Again, work great.

**Q: Will the small brush clean shower corners and door tracks?**
A: If you're referring to the straight bristled, small brush, I would say no. The brush that has a full rounded head would probably work much better. If I was going to tackle door tracks I think I would try something else. I've found that worn out Sonicare heads work very well for narrow slot cleaning.

I bought this set since I have a very nice Milwaukee variable speed drill with the angled head. The angle and how it's held and balanced make the Milwaukee better than most normal hand-held drills for controlling scrubbing and buffing and polishing attachments. It's the best designed and most useful electric drill I've ever had. I don't think I would have bought this drill brush set if I only had a standard low-powered electric drill. It would have been much more difficult to handle and control the larger brush heads. (as in requiring both hands to control). UPDATE: The brushes worked well and are very durable. I kept alternating the brush rotation as I worked. Very well made. The only issue I see is having a drill that's easy enough to hold and control during extended usage. 4.5 stars :-)
