It is double walled, meaning that even 100° water doesn't make the glass impossible to hold. So why not give it 5 stars? Well, again to be fair, while the glasses come well packaged within their white cardboard box (another reviewer has posted a photo of the box), each glass wrapped in a dense polystyrene wrapper, and they are the size described, I cannot get excited about them.The glass is clearly spun moulded and therefore the moulding can be seen. It's inevitable really and doesn't in any way detract from their functionality. As long as you don't expect lead crystal, you will get a perfectly nice pair of insulated espresso glasses - they aren't big enough for anything else, mind you, so don't try to make a cappuccino in them.A good product and as described.
